hmm it's been so hectic recently that i've found little time for blogging. but life has been great (:

although there have been some concerns raised regarding my various commitments, i think i'm still coping well. Eugene asked a very good question today when we were discussing about the different university choices. He said that it is important to decide where you want to go and work towards it. UK universities seem to focus a lot on results while US universities focus more on the individual as a whole. I'm not sure how accurate this is but the philosophy that I've been using since the start of sec 4 and taught by a senior when iw as in sec 3 is "do the bare minimum for everything".

I know it sounds wrong but it's really about efficiency. By bare minimum, I don't mean getting just enough to pass my promos or get my A for PW cuz that would be dangerous. But I think what he meant is getting the best results using the fixed amount of time that we have. I've set aside Monday afternoons, Friday afternoons as well as Sunday for work which I guess would be sufficient. And of course, another thing I'd need to do is to read up more in the area of Econs and GP. It's the 2 subjects that I still don't feel confident in.

NAPFA (zzz) is another area that I guess I'll have to work in if I want to free myself for december next year.

And of course there are various other exciting stuff coming up.
